BAV (ZiS-485) six-wheel-drive amphibian

The Soviet BAV is unarmored, wheeled transport vehicle with a watertight steel hull. The cargo compartment at the front has a winch and at the rear has a large tailgate, which also acts as a loading ramp. The engine is located at the front of the hull. The vehicle is propelled in the water by propeller and is steered by rudder. BAV had been produced between 1950-1962.
